Request a refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by emailing maazyasir31@gmail.com with your receipt or purchase details. Refunds are returned through the original payment method. Where checkout provides payment-provider refund support, you may also use the contact details on your receipt. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Access after a refund

An approved refund removes unused Pro rebuild access for that purchase or ends access for the refunded Deep Dive period. Previously saved roast history is not erased. Canceling a subscription without a refund stops future renewals and keeps access until the paid period ends.
