Seller and agreement
ResumeRoaster is provided by Maaz Yasir. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms with Maaz Yasir. You must be of legal age to enter this agreement, or have the required permission, and have authority to act for an organization if using its account.
Service and plans
ResumeRoaster provides AI-generated resume feedback. Free includes one lifetime roast per account. Pro is $4 one-time for one detailed roast and downloadable updated resume. Deep Dive is $12 per month with unlimited resume rebuilds, job matching, and tailored summaries. Subscription access starts after payment confirmation. Deep Dive renews monthly unless canceled. Cancel through Settings → Manage subscription to retain access until the paid billing period ends; no additional free roast is created. Failed generation does not consume a roast credit.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe. For checkouts using full compliance handling, Stripe acts as Merchant of Record and provides payment-related support; the applicable payment terms are displayed at checkout. Taxes are calculated according to your location and shown before you pay. Contact us using the email below for product support or refund assistance. Approved refunds remove unused access for the refunded purchase. Previously delivered roast history remains available.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful resume review. Do not upload illegal content, hateful content, impersonation or deepfakes, malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights. Do not attempt fraud, probe or interfere with security, scrape the service, bypass payment restrictions, or jailbreak safeguards. Keep credentials confidential and account information accurate.
Your content and AI output
You retain rights to your resumes and prompts. You give us a limited license to process and store them solely to provide the service. You must have rights to all input content and are responsible for your prompts and use of outputs. You may use generated feedback to improve your resume, subject to applicable law and third-party rights; AI output may not be unique or copyrightable. Verify every claim before using it. Do not present invented experience or metrics as fact.
Intellectual property and moderation
Maaz Yasir retains ownership of the service, software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. We may refuse or filter outputs, remove or restrict unlawful content, and suspend accounts for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated serious violations. Rights holders can request a takedown by emailing maazyasir31@gmail.com; repeated infringement may result in termination.
Accuracy and availability
AI feedback may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or incomplete and is not regulated professional advice. Human oversight is required. We do not guarantee interviews, employment, uninterrupted availability, or error-free performance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Data and contact
You can delete saved roast data in Settings; this does not close your account or cancel your subscription. For service questions, rights requests or complaints, contact maazyasir31@gmail.com.
